with a lemon dressing.
Toasted seed bread with buffalo mozzarella
and cherry tomatoes.

Honey roasted chantenay carrots in a filo basket
with a tomato and juniper sauce.
Potato, fresh herb and pesto cakes
with a fennel cream sauce.
Baked spaghetti with shitake and a rosemary,
olive and butter sauce.
A casserole of mange tout, celery, coconut, caper and fresh chillies, all followed by our delicious desserts.
